Eliminates the “wave” that can form inside the tank from liquid cargo surging back and forth when the truck stops or starts, preventing the dangerous push of the truck in the direction the wave is moving. REDUCE LIQUID SURGES: An innovative design works to eliminate dangerous effects from liquid surges through the use of a hollow core sphere design, allowing liquid to pass through at a steady rate as opposed to rapid waves. Each high-strength plastic baffle has 36 flow restriction ports to optimize this process. ENHANCE TANKER HANDLING: Dangerous stop and start motions can be a major roadway concern. Filling partially loaded tankers with liquid surge stabilizers can reduce this concern by ensuring the vehicle can easily accelerate, brake, and change lanes without an effect from rapid liquid motion.
