Ensure that the suction cup is clean and dry, then install the shower mirror on a smooth, clean and dry glass surface. If the sponge holder can be installed well to the glass, this means that the initial installation wall is not suitable for the suction cups. If the sponge holder doesn't work on the glass, it is possible that the protective cover has come off, caused the suction cups to be dusty, so you can clean it and use it again or contact customer service Overview Material : Aluminum Product Dimensions : 5.3"D x 2.1"W x 2.6"H Brand : TAILI Color : Silver Recommended Uses For Product : Dishware Mounting Type : Wall Mount Weight Limit : 11 Pounds Special Feature : Rust Resistant Manufacturer : TAILI
