Creamed coconut is a block of fresh coconut which we recommend adding to our Curry Packs like the Ho mestyle and Ma’s Paretal. This essential ingredient is a very versatile component of many Indian and Thai dishes. In its solid form, it can be stirred straight into a dish, where it dissolves to produce a thick, rich texture with just a hint of sweetness.
