The Master Series 大师系列 is tough, but it does require some care. The sharpening rod is an excellent and efficient way to restore your knife’s edge. We recommend it as a touch-up between more involved whetstoning. A coarse diamond-plated 360mm rod with the matching rosewood and refined build. You're investing in these knives for their longevity and quality. But all knives require a level of care, and it's your duty to look after them appropriately. WARNINGS Only use once you have researched and understood the sharpening process. DO NOT touch the polished surfaces of the Damascus cladding to the rod. This will permanently scratch the cladding. Keep your fingers, hands and body away from the sharpening edge. Use slow, controlled movements in good lighting and never rush. Excessive force can damage the blade or cause slipping. Make sure the rod is secure before use. Do not use a damaged sharpener or a damaged knife. If unsure, seek professional sharpening or contact us.
