Schuyler Standish This late 20th century ink on paper abstract entitled Study is by Los Angeles artist, violin prodigy, and actor Schuyler Standish (1927-2010). As a child actor, S tandish had roles in several Hollywood films during the early 1940s. During WWII, Standish entertained troops during WWII in Bobby Byrne's band. He was an art teacher in Los Angeles for thirty years and exhibited at the Falk-Raboff Gallery in L.A (1954), LACMA (1959), and the Riverside Art Museum (2010). Late 20th Century Ink on Paper 11.75"x15.75" framed, 2.5"x3" unframed Signed and titled at the bottom. Excellent vintage condition. Framed in a contemporary wood frame with a brushed gold finish using triple 8-ply archival matting behind conservation clear glass. Show more
