Before using the static stimulation mode on your pet, try using the beep or vibration modes first. Static stimulation is only used as a final measure, in rare and extreme cases where your dog displays severe and potentially dangerous behaviour and hasn’t responded to other training methods. This approach should only be considered when the dog’s actions could be harmful to itself, other animals, or people. Observe the dog’s reaction and ensure the training intensity is not excessive. Examine the contact area daily for signs of a rash or a sore. If a rash or sore is found, discontinue use of the collar until the skin has healed. Please charge the device before first use.
