Measuring approximately 250mm square, this solar shield is designed to shade your eyes when viewing the Sun at the eyepiece. Manufactured from thin steel and powder-coated white to reflect heat, this is an extremely well-made item (as you would expect from Baader Planetarium) and should last a lifetime. Fits between accessories of the thread size chosen below - 2", T-2 and M68 versions are available. The M68 version is printed with the Baader Planetarium logo, but the others are plain white.
