The loop is made of 100% nylon, so it's easy to clean and is much more durable than other loop tools on the market. Please Note: Babe Inc. extensions are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, products cannot be exchanged if they are opened or tampered with. Purchases made through our store or online website can be exchanged if the following conditions are met: ~Order is within 30 days from the purchase date. ~Item is in its original condition and can be resold. ~Item is unopened or tampered with and in its original packaging. ~In special cases where a return is authorized for a refund in the form of original payment, a $10 restocking fee will be charged. ~Exchanged items will not be charged a restocking fee. ~Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from S-Mark Beauty unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly. ~All shipping costs are non-refundable.
