Pullman Loaf - The Pullman is a traditional loaf pan bread and is perfect for sandwiches and other uses like French Toast. All of Babette's loaves are naturally leavened, also referred to as sourdough. and made from Cairnspring Mills' Yecora Rojo flour, known for being minimally processed which helps to retain nutrition and flavor from high quality grains harvested from sustainable farms in the Northwest. The bread loaves have a high moisture content and freeze well, but we recommend same day pickup for best quality. Pastries are best used within 24 hours of baking.
