For this great value Soave, Justin Bubb sources Garganega and Trebbiano from different vineyards in Bardolino and Valpolicella. The fruit sees only a short time on skins before bei ng set to ferment in stainless steel, eventually left to age on its lees for a few months to build a beautiful mouthfeel. Floral, delicate, racy, with hints of lemon, peach and apple. It's a fantastic wine to go along with lighter dishes or just with a lazy afternoon in the sunshine. Show more
