A lap seam is a sea m variant where two edges of fabric are folded in opposite directions so both cut edges are concealed inside the seam. Using the Lap Seam Binder attached to the Gloria, Ovation or Coverstitch machines will allow you to create the perfect lap seam in one simple process.
