Let us introduce you to Bacchus. This wine has notes of elderflower, with crisp, clean and fresh citrus flavours. Identified by a label that reflects the vineyard’s geology. The ha nd drawn design brings together images of flint, chalk, and greensand, all of which can be found in the soil the vines are rooted in. With approximately 4200 vines, Bacchus is our largest variety in the vineyard due to its high yields, consistent ripening and blending qualities. Its fresh flavour also makes it incredibly popular.
