Level three - Fortified and Sparkling wines Learn how Sherry, Port and Champagne are made and regulated. Discover lesser known fortified and sparkling wines such as Pineau des Charentes and Charmat. Taste four examples. Level four - The market A brief history of the British wine trade and its influence on today's buying prejudices. Case studies of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and others.
