Simple Inflation System A small hand inflation pump allows wearers to inflate the air bladder to a comfortable level of compression. The pump can be secured to the back ice brace with a detachable fabric strap. Quickly deflate the integrated air bladder with the push release valve at the base of the hand pump. The gel pack may be folded in half to fit in smaller microwaves Heat at full power in 5-second intervals Remove the gel pack carefully from the microwave and knead to distribute heat evenly.
