This soothing back pillow is hand sewn using organic, unbleached, cotton muslin fabric. It measures 7" x 8" and is filled to just the right weight with rice. This pillow is also gr eat to use on joints & limbs. It is idea for use with castor oil packs. Or mist it with your favorite aromatherapy mist and use as a soothing pad. We of course recommend using one of the Haiku Apothecary mists. The "Floral Mystique: Body Mist & Toner" is a favorite for heart opening & grounding.
