We'll explore what energises you, what drains you, and what deserves more space in your life moving forward. Questions we'll explore: What do I truly value now? Where am I saying yes when I mean no? What would life look like if I honoured my needs more often? Morning Three Returning to Yourself This final session brings everything together. We'll create a practical and meaningful plan to help you move forward with greater confidence, clarity and self-trust. Questions we'll explore: What do I want more of?
