This bag is available for pre-order only and will arrive in 6-8 weeks. THE CLEAN UP CLUTCH features a removable, wipeable changing pad, 2 slip pockets (ideal for holding the changi ng pad in one, and a couple of diapers in the other) 1 zippered compartment, a wipes slip pocket, and an optional carrying strap. The wipes pocket is ideal for the travel packages containing 24 count or less, as that size fits the best and doesn't add too much bulk to the clutch when its closed. Don't need a diaper/nappy clutch? This design also works great as a first aid kit and/or a general storage pouch! Get creative! Finished clutch is approximately 10" wide by 7" tall and 1" deep when closed. IF USING THE DESIGN YOUR OWN OPTION, FINAL PRICE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED UPON MATERIAL CHOICES. A $25 non-refundable consultation fee is collected upon ordering and will be applied to the cost of your new bag. NOTE ON SHIPPING – I do not have control over shipping times and lost packages. If you would like shipping insurance on your purchase to cover a lost or mis-delivered package, please upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. Items shipped without insurance will not be replaced. If you believe your package has been lost or mis-delivered, please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number you received upon shipment. WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEEConstruction Failures are the fault of the maker and are therefore covered repairs, but wear and tear issues are not covered repairs. Examples of construction failures include, but are not limited to, zipper teeth failures, seams unraveling, and popping rivets. Construction failures do NOT include abrasions, tears not on a seam, stains, or zipper pull failures, as these are signs of use and not the fault of the maker. If you encounter a construction failure more than 45 days after receipt or through normal usage, please contact me to see if it still might be repairable for a small fee. The sooner you contact me, the more likely it is that I have that fabric available for a repair. My greatest desire is that this bag becomes a treasured piece of your wardrobe that you proudly carry for many years to come. RETURN POLICY Generally, we do not accept returns because most of our items are custom made to your specifications, and we check in with you about all design and production details to gain agreement before we create your item. For ready to ship items, we will fix any problems due to workmanship for up to 45 days after you have received your item. After that time, we may accept the item for repair or replacement at our discretion. There will be no repairs made to any item after 180 days from receipt of item. If the item cannot be fixed, we may replace it, or refund all or a portion of your payment at our discretion. If the item needs repair due to our error in workmanship, we will cover shipping to and from the customer. If we choose to repair an item after 45 days, the customer covers shipping to and from us.
