Oil on canvas.36x24"As I was painting, Backroads, I was thinking about all of the adventures that can happen when you venture off the beaten track. When you explore the sideroads, wonderful memories of beautiful experiences can be made. Or a new place to call home found. I dreamed of the places I had traveled and of places I have yet to explore. I wanted to share that awe with the viewer, or help them remember that time they had taken the backroad, and found their Shangri-La. Backroads, is a medium textured oil painting. Dynamic and alive with wonder. The sides have been carefully painted in a wrap around effect as I feel this finishes the work and makes it ready for immediate display. There is no need to frame unless it is your personal preference. This work will also come wired for your convenience. The painting is signed on the front and is signed and numbered on the back.
