The Back and Blue collection is great for law enforcement appreciation in your community. 30 Bows and 8 Fascinators In 2016, we had two officers in our hometown that were our frien ds that were shot and killed in the line of duty. We made the blue and black bows to hand out at their memorial service for everyone to wear. We knew how badly we were suffering in our community to lose our dear friends.
