The leftover ends and bits from our slab bacon after slicing- these are irregular shaped piece s perfect to cook as is or cut down further into lardons to use in cooking. Our bacon is cut from pork belly from our pasture-raised pigs, cured and then slow smoked over apple wood chips collected from trees on the farm. In addition to our Applewood bacon, we also offer a number of small-batch artisan bacon flavors.
