Bacon joint, from the loin of premium local pork . Cured in salt to give a delicious bacon flavour. Great for cutting your own bacon chops off or you could roast the whole joint fo r a mouth watering meal. What ever takes you're fancy. Information Storage Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by the ‘use by’ date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigerator.
