Bactrex provides protection against root pathogens whilst converting organic matter into nutrients. The dry, water-soluble powder is designed for use in soil and coco, for container and in-ground plants both indoors and outdoors. Bactrex is suitable for protecting recently rooted cuttings or recently germinated seeds against pythium.When hand watering with Bactrex in AutoPot Watering Systems switch off the reservoir and wait 24 hours before hand watering the pots with Bactrex in solution. Leave your reservoir switched off for 24 hours after hand watering.Bactrex contains a large number of beneficial soil and root microbes (including 6 strains of Bacillus spp.), fungi (Trichoderma) and actinomycetes. These ingredients are specially selected for their favorable effect on soil structure and fertility.In addition to the beneficial soil bacteria, Bactrex also contains various effective strains of Trichoderma.
