Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne play Mac and Kelly Radner, new parents trying to hold onto their youth who find themselves at war with the Delta Psi Beta fraternity that moves in next door, led by charismatic president Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron). The film was a major box office hit, grossing over $270 million worldwide, and works because Stoller and writers Andrew J. Cohen and Brendan O'Brien give equal comic weight to both sides of the conflict. Rose Byrne in particular is a revelation, matching Rogen beat for beat and delivering one of the great underrated comedy performances of the decade.Highlights Rose Byrne's performance — Consistently the funniest person in the film; Byrne's Kelly is smart, competitive and completely committed to the escalating war, and her comic timing is impeccable throughout.
