What it does Mixes into plastisol to raise the print into a dimensional, high-rise puff effect. Adds a bold, textured finish to logos, lettering and heavy-deposit prints. Runs best through a coarse mesh (40–86) to carry the heavier deposit puff needs. How to use Add to plastisol ink and stir thoroughly. Start with a small percentage and adjust to taste — always test first. Works with Total Ink Solutions plastisol inks and the Puff plastisol ink line. For maximum rise, step up to Super Puff Additive. Safety & storage Wear nitrile gloves and safety glasses; work with ventilation. Stir before use. Store sealed, out of direct sunlight; do not freeze; expect container expansion in high heat.
