A mid 20C rug from Lahore in north east Pakistan. Subtle blue field with six green medallions and details in taupe and palest apricot surrounded by very small stepped medallions an d multiple borders. A good rendering of the classic bokhara design. Glossy pile which reflects the light slightly differently across the rug. A surface mark/on the lower left corner (pictured). Slight wear to the woven ends. 198 x 129cm Show more
