Genuine British Armed Forces Osprey Mk4 Cummerbund designed to be attached using molle loops to an Osprey Mk4 Armour Vest or other plate carriers with molle loops around the waist, fastened tight with quick release clips. The cummerbund was designed to provide space for additional armour plating on a person’s sides and were superseded by the Mk4a Osprey Side Plates issued during Operation Herrick (2002 - 2014). As a result the cummerbund makes a great choice for those wanting to recreate historically accurate loadouts or to provide additional protection at a great price point. Many sizes are available and depending on levels of stock will affect the dispatch time. Constructed from hardwearing 1000 denier, texturised nylon fabric, this item is durable and long-lasting. All Osprey products satisfy stringent British Forces requirements, covering infra-red reflection (IRR), thermal signature and flame resistance specifications manufactured only by approved suppliers. Product has been supplied from Ministry of Defence stores, often handed back in by army personnel after use or may have never been issued in the first place but overall condition should be excellent and perfectly functional.
