Ice Pack Protection — $5 Frozen ice pack(s) sealed inside insulated wrap to help keep your candy cool during transit. Insulated Cooler Protection — $25 Our best protection for larger orders, longer transit times, or hot climates. Includes ice pack(s) packed inside a foam cooler. Both options are reusable after delivery. A few things to know before you order: - Melt-protected orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid sitting in a carrier's hot warehouse over the weekend - Expedited shipping is recommended for warm weather orders for best results - Ship to a location where someone can bring the package inside promptly — we are not responsible for packages left outside in the heat after delivery - Shipping carriers do not air condition their vehicles, and cargo area temperatures can run significantly higher than outside temps - While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee candy will not soften in transit during warm weather - Ice packs may arrive warm — this means they worked.
