Our baguettes underwent a cold overnight fermentation to unlock the sweetness in the wheat flour. I highly recommend them as a light vehicle for charcuterie or bruschetta and for t hose baguette sandwiches you see in Parisian eateries. Folks have used them for subs and hoagies.
