They contain important safety information and information about assembly, use, and maintenance. Bakcou requires registering your Bakcou eBike/eScooter within 45 days of receiving your eBike/eScooter. Registration is required to take advantage of this warranty. This will allow Bakcou to provide you with better service in the future. Product RegistrationAs explained in more detail below, Bakcou warrants the products for a limited time from the date of original retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Bakcou’s published guidelines. The guidelines include, but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications. “Original retail purchase” means the Product was purchased new for the first time directly from Bakcou or from an authorized Bakcou Dealer. Registration is required for warranty claims. Only the original owner of an eBike/eScooter purchased directly from Bakcou or an authorized Bakcou Dealer is covered by this Limited Warranty. This warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of these components.
