Gel ice packs are used to maintain product temperature. All orders are shipped overnight with NZ Couriers Monday-Thursday. On delivery, please place your order into your freezer or your fridge for feeding. If any product has slightly thawed on arrival, it is safe to place immediately into your freezer.
