Baldor 1/4 hp Buffer - Red Baldor is no longer making the 1/4hp buffer motor housing that we have had for years. The new housing is the same size as the 1/2hp grinder. The buffer h as 1/2" shafts and operates at 1800 rpm also the same as the original. We have extended the shafts by 1" on each end to make it easier to keep knives away from the housing.
