This lever latch gives rustic style and quality functionality to gates. Available in two different models/functions: Keyed Select this function for gates needing extra security. Lever on exterior side can be locked and unlocked with a key. Lever on interior side has a turn piece to lock and unlock. If you are ordering multiple sets, each set will come with a different key. If you would like your sets keyed alike or keyed to an existing key number, please place your order over the phone. Uses a Schlage SC-1 keyway. Not Keyed This function does not have any locking capability. Features a distressed finish for an authentic rustic appearance. Exposed screws on interior side of gate. Easy installation. Requires 2-1/8" cross bore and 1" edge bore for install. Includes mounting hardware and a strike for the jamb.
