Six modes tailor the finish, including Shokupan, Golden Toast, Pizza, and Croissant. The standout addition is Salamander Grill Mode, which concentrates 1,300 watts of heat from the top coils in bursts as short as one minute, replicating the overhead broilers found in professional kitchens and turning a home countertop into something closer to a restaurant pass.
