A postmark, tracking scan, label creation date, or estimated delivery date does not count as timely receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping their items early enough to arrive on time, and we strongly recommend using tracking and insurance. Clan McDonald Comics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or other shipping issues that prevent an item from arriving by the deadline. If an item arrives late, we cannot guarantee it will be included in the signing. Late items may be returned unsigned at the customer’s expense, and refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued for late arrivals or items not received.
