The Bamboo is a tall clean lined contemporary lamp. The simple form of the Bamboo exudes a modern and masculine touch to any room. The perfect pop of art to tuck into the tight space yet still make a statement! Product Details 20" lamp only height. Porcelain clay body, metal components, wood base. 3 way chrome socket - takes Type A light bulb, 100 watt max, LED recommended (bulb not included). Plug in table lamp - 8 foot black cord. Creating each lamp by hand from high fire porcelain china clay, our ceramic lamp forms are bisque fired, glazed, and fired again to 2300ºF making our lamps extremely strong and durable. We mix and formulate all of our unique crystalline glazes. The crystals (or bubbly patterns) seed and grow during the firing process inside the kiln. We don’t paint bubble patterns on or throw anything into the kiln to get that effect. It’s all just in the chemistry of the glaze. Because this magic happens in the kiln, each piece will have slight variations in size, number, and placement of the crystals. Which is cool…because every piece has its own charm! The bottom of our lamps is a hand turned wood base. The wood gives the lamp base a softness and is easy on resting surfaces. The oxidized metal accents are hand finished fitting each design. Because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order please be aware there will be slight variations in glaze color and crystals. All items ordered in pairs or sets will be a close match but each piece will be unique. Items with Rose and Violet glazes are at a higher cost due to the additional steps required in glazing and special firing schedule for those specific glaze colors. Please anticipate a slightly longer lead time in creating items with Rose and Violet crystalline. Your lamp will include the lamp saddle which is attached below the socket to attach the harp size of your choice and your shade choice. No lamp shade, harp, or finial is included. Lamp harp size will depend upon the shade size you choose for your lamp. Items are crafted by hand. Please allow 2-6 weeks for your order to ship.
