This Bamboo Whisk is made with 100 prongs, uniquely made to whisk matcha powder with water to result in a smooth and frothy finish. Prior to use, ‘bloom’ your bamboo whisk by soaking in warm water for 30-60 seconds, this will help soften the bamboo bristles. To care for your whisk, rinse with water after each use and leave to air dry. Tip: use a bowl of warm water and whisk gently to remove all excess matcha. No soap or dishwasher is needed.
