Bambu Lab H2D combines a spacious build area, two independent printing nozzles, closed-loop servo extrusion, a 350°C hotend, 65°C actively heated chamber and intelligent vision-based monitoring in one advanced enclosed platform. 350 × 320 × 325 mm Maximum two-nozzle workspace Dual Nozzle Multi-material printing system 350°C Maximum nozzle temperature 65°C Active chamber heating Why Choose H2D Dual-Nozzle Performance for Advanced Manufacturing H2D is built around a dual-nozzle architecture that enables different colors and compatible materials to be used within a single print. A dedicated nozzle can handle support material, flexible filament or a second model material while reducing unnecessary filament flushing. Dual-Nozzle Printing Two independently controlled hotends enable efficient multi-material, multi-color and support-material workflows. Large Build Volume A maximum two-nozzle workspace of 350 × 320 × 325 mm provides room for large prototypes, functional parts and production-scale models. 350°C High-Temperature Hotend All-metal hotends with hardened-steel nozzles and extrusion gears support demanding engineering-grade materials. 65°C Active Chamber Heating Closed-loop chamber temperature control provides stable thermal conditions for materials sensitive to warping. Closed-Loop Servo Extrusion High-precision PMSM extrusion motors monitor filament resistance and movement for controlled material delivery. AI-Assisted Monitoring Built-in cameras and sensors monitor extrusion, filament behavior and printing conditions throughout each job. Dual-Nozzle Architecture Print Different Materials with Greater Efficiency The H2D dual-nozzle architecture enables two compatible filaments to be assigned to separate hotends. This makes it possible to combine rigid and flexible materials, use dedicated support-interface filament or create multi-color parts while reducing purge cycles compared with conventional single-nozzle material switching. Large-Format Workspace Up to 350 × 320 × 325 mm H2D provides a significantly expanded working area for large prototypes, engineering components, production tools and decorative models. Single-nozzle printing provides a 325 × 320 × 325 mm build volume, while dual-nozzle printing provides 300 × 320 × 325 mm. Engineering Materials 350°C Nozzle, 120°C Bed and 65°C Chamber H2D combines high-temperature all-metal hotends, hardened-steel extrusion components, a build plate capable of reaching 120°C and an actively heated chamber up to 65°C. This thermal platform supports a wide range of standard, engineering and fiber-reinforced filaments. Active Chamber Heating Closed-loop thermal control helps maintain stable temperatures when printing materials that are sensitive to rapid cooling. Hardened-Steel Components Hardened-steel nozzles and extrusion gears provide compatibility with abrasive carbon- and glass-fiber reinforced materials. High-Speed Performance Up to 1000 mm/s Toolhead Speed The H2D motion platform supports maximum toolhead speeds up to 1000 mm/s and acceleration up to 20,000 mm/s². The standard-flow hotend reaches up to 40 mm³/s under specified test conditions, while an optional high-flow hotend can reach up to 65 mm³/s. DynaSense Extrusion Closed-Loop Servo Filament Control Bambu Lab's high-precision Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor extrusion architecture monitors torque, resistance and position at high frequency. The system dynamically controls extrusion behavior while helping detect filament grinding, resistance abnormalities and potential clogs. Intelligent Monitoring Cameras and Sensors Watch Every Print The H2D integrates multiple cameras and sensors for machine monitoring and automatic inspection. Its vision system can inspect the build area before printing and monitor extrusion behavior during operation. 1080p Live View Camera A built-in 1920 × 1080 camera enables remote monitoring of the enclosed build chamber. 1080p Nozzle Camera A dedicated nozzle camera monitors extrusion behavior close to the printing surface. Toolhead Camera An additional 1920 × 1080 camera supports intelligent calibration and machine monitoring. Pre-Flight Checks Automated checks help identify build-plate conditions, nozzle configuration and other potential setup issues before printing begins. Airflow & Filtration Multi-Stage Air Purification H2D integrates a G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA filter and granulated coconut-shell activated carbon. Multiple closed-loop controlled fans manage chamber circulation, exhaust and component cooling. Expandable Platform Add AMS, Laser and Digital Cutting Capabilities The standard H2D is supplied as a dual-nozzle 3D printer. Compatible AMS systems can be added for expanded automatic multi-color and multi-material printing, while dedicated upgrade kits can add laser engraving, laser cutting, digital blade cutting and pen plotting capabilities. AMS Expandable Add compatible AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT systems for automatic filament switching, storage and drying. Laser Upgrade Support Standard H2D can be upgraded with compatible laser-specific hardware and safety components. Laser hardware is not included. Digital Cutting Support Compatible cutting and drawing tools can be added separately for sheet-material cutting and pen plotting workflows. Vision Encoder Ready The optional Vision Encoder can be used for high-precision optical motion calibration applications.
