Restore your printer's ability to achieve a perfect first layer with the Bambu Lab Heatbed Sensor Unit. This component is a specialized piezoelectric ceramic sensor mounted within a bracket, installed underneath the heatbed to detect surface pressure. This sensor is the heart of the Automatic Bed Leveling (ABL) system. By detecting the subtle force of the nozzle touching the build plate, it allows the printer to calculate the Z-offset and create a precise bed mesh. There are a total of three of these sensors installed on the bottom of the heatbed; replacing a faulty unit is essential for resolving leveling failures or Z-axis homing issues. Features Piezoelectric Force Sensing: Uses advanced ceramic piezo technology to detect minute changes in pressure, enabling highly accurate nozzle-to-bed probing. Automatic Bed Leveling Core: The critical component responsible for the "tap" detection during bed leveling, ensuring consistent adhesion across the entire build plate. Pre-Mounted Bracket: Comes pre-installed in the necessary metal bracket for easy replacement and correct alignment under the heatbed. Universal Compatibility: Designed to work seamlessly with both the X1 and P1 series motion systems.
