Need soft, tough prints that bend and bounce back? Bambu TPU 90A is Bambu’s soft flexible filament for cushioning, grips, and parts that take repeated flex without cracking. It sits firmer than Bambu TPU 85A while staying elastic. Soft TPU is picky about feeding and speed — dry it before you print. What's Included 1.75 mm Bambu TPU 90A, 1 kg net High-temperature reusable ABS spool (about 200 mm × 67 mm; spool rated to 90°C per TDS) Print Settings Nozzle: 200–250°C (Bambu specimen jobs often near 225°C) Bed: 30–35°C Cooling fan: on Speed: keep default volumetric limits; do not raise max volumetric speed Dry before printing: oven 70°C for 8 h, or printer heat bed 90°C for 16 h (TDS) Turn off Flow Dynamics Calibration so Bambu’s fine-tuned TPU profile can run Store sealed under about 20% RH with desiccant Unload tip (X/P): heat nozzle to about 250°C, retract, and pull by hand — soft TPU can jam if cut residue stays in the extruder Material Shore 90A soft TPU with more structure than TPU 85A Diameter: 1.75 mm Density: about 1.24 g/cm³ Tensile strength (X-Y): about 12.5 MPa Elongation (X-Y): over 650% Impact strength (X-Y): about 124.2 kJ/m² Strong wear resistance for parts that bend repeatedly Good To Know Printers: H2S, H2D/H2C (right inlet), X Series, P Series, and A Series Nozzles: 0.4 / 0.6 / 0.8 mm recommended — not for 0.2 mm or High Flow nozzles Build plates: Smooth PEI or Textured PEI; glue optional if adhesion is weak AMS / AMS lite / AMS 2 Pro: not compatible for auto-feed AMS HT: sealed/dry chamber only — use the dedicated TPU outlet, not normal AMS auto-feed PLA/PETG multi-material with TPU 90A: H2D / H2C only Frozen and Blaze are single-pass soft gradients (colour shift appears once per 1 kg spool) Good For Shoe soles, RC tires, and grippy functional parts Padding, cushions, and protective soft parts Tool handles and wearables that need flex Soft + hard combos on H2D / H2C with PLA or PETG
