Our Banana Walnut is a light, fluffy and moist cake that is coated with thin layer of our delicious swiss meringue buttercream. Within each layer we've included banana slices and c rushed walnuts that gives texture and personality to this flavour. Available in the following sizes:4", approx. 0.5 kg, for 4-6 pax6", approx. 1 kg, for 8-10 pax8", approx. 1.5 kg, for 10-15 pax10", approx. 2.5 kg, for 15-25 pax REFRIGERATION & MISC. Do note that the cake should be placed in the fridge or an air-conditioned room to ensure freshness.
