Ingredients Spinach (42%), Onion (10%), Tomato (6%), Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Cream (Milk), Green Chilli, Salt, Coriander, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala (Spice Blend), Turmeric, Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi), Sugar, Black Pepper. How to prepare Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add your choice of chicken, paneer or vegetables and cook briefly. Remove and keep aside. In the same pan, add 250 ml water. Empty the contents of the sachet and mix well. Bring to a simmer. For a richer finish, add a little cream and butter if desired. Return the cooked ingredients to the pan and simmer until heated through. Adjust seasoning to taste and add a little extra water if a thinner consistency is preferred. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
