Bangiogram is a toasty, close-fitting, reversible colourwork cowl designed to keep the wind off before you go for a swim or a stomp. The pattern is inspired by Bangio Pubescens, simple marine diatom algae or as I like to think of them, tiny plant heroes.The cowl starts with a provisional cast on. The colourwork and stripes are knit in the round and finished with a grafted seam to produce a supremely cosy double thickness, single loop cowl. Links to helpful videos are provided. This could be a good project if you are learning to manage two strands of yarn as there are no single stitches and the pattern repeat is relatively straightforward. This is the minimum amount of yarn I would recommend at this gauge.
