If your Posh Totty Designs silver or gold-plated bangle isn’t quite the right fit, our jewellers can resize it for you, so you can keep wearing a piece you love. For gold-plated bangles, we’ll also replate your bangle after resizing, leaving it looking completely gorgeous and refreshed. If your bangle is set with stones, please select the stone-set option when ordering. There is an additional charge as resizing can cause stones to loosen or become damaged. Our jewellers will carefully remove and reset the stones as part of the process. Two-way shipping is included in the service price. Your bangle will usually be back with you within 2 weeks. Send us your banglePack your item securely and include your name and order number. 3. We’ll arrange your postageAfter ordering, we’ll email you a link to download your postage label. Attach it to your parcel and send your bangle to us. 4. We’ll take care of itOnce your bangle arrives, our jewellers will carefully resize it. If its gold plated, we’ll replate it too. For stone-set bangles, your stones will be carefully removed and reset. 5. Back to youWhen your bangle is ready, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey home. Delivery included Your return postage is included in the price, so there’s no extra cost to send your jewellery to us and have it returned to you.
