Zipper pulls are either 1.25in or 1.5in metal coated tags that are permanently printed with your dog or pet's name. The idea behind it is you can label your soft crates easily and also that you can use the hook to attach both zippers together to reduce the escape risk for dogs trying to paw their way out. This isn't a foolproof plan, but it can work for some dogs. Otherwise it is also useful as a faster and easier item to grab and open your soft crate.
