A wonderful cheese from the Piemonte region of Italy, with the addition of world-famous Barbera wine.This cow's milk cheese is aged for a minimum of 30 days, giving it a creamy con sistency with a tender structure and evenly-distributed holes. The wine's acidity provides a wonderful counterbalance to the nutty richness of the cheese. Pair with fruit-forward white wines, or your favourite lager beer!
