Ruby red color with purples tinge. A bouquet of cherry, blackberry, and small red fruits. The taste is velvety and fresh. Grapes: 100% Barbera A good wine to be paired with all mea ls. Grapes are harvested by hand in hampers during september. Once the grapes arrive in the wine cellar, they are pressed delicately. The wine is aged for four months in big Slavonian oak of 50 Hl.
