Vinification & AgeingThe grapes are carefully harvested and traditionally vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, fruit purity, and varietal expression. The wine matures for six months before bottling and then rests for a further minimum of six months prior to release, allowing its flavours to harmonise and develop.
