Barceló Imperial Onyx comes from the Dominican Republic. Made up of a blend of rums aged for 10 years in heavily charred bourbon casks, this expression was filtered through onyx st ones (hence the name) prior to bottling. Each production stage makes for a rich and complex rum. Tasting notes: Sweet cherry, brown butter, coffee and dried fruits, notably fig, alongside notes of vanilla and gentle oak spice. Show more
