These postpartum briefs are a soft, stretchy and supportive recovery brief, uniquely designed to accommodate a hot and cold pack and bring soothing relief where needed. The patented Postpartum Brief is uniquely designed to be worn with the Bare Mum Warm and Cool Insert (available separately). Slide the insert into the brief’s front opening and place it over the site of a c-section or slide it down the widened gusset, over the perineal area. The briefs can also be worn to assist with pelvic pain, swelling, haemorrhoids, vulvar varicosities, prolapse, and PMS. If you're between sizes, they recommend going with the smaller of the two sizes as the garment is very stretchy.
