We will also be talking about low tox and natural living, sharing practical ways to reduce everyday toxins and make more conscious choices within your home, skincare, body care, and daily routines. Whether you are just beginning your natural living journey or looking for extra guidance and information, this workshop is designed to feel approachable, informative, and easy to follow. We will also be introducing SuperFeast medicinal mushrooms — a beautiful range focused on supporting health and wellbeing naturally. Medicinal mushrooms work alongside the immune system in a unique way and have been traditionally used to support balance, resilience, and overall wellness. Throughout the afternoon, we will share simple information on how medicinal mushrooms can become part of your everyday routine, along with guidance on natural products and practices that support you through winter.
